100th Day of School

Dear Families,

I posed the question “How much would 100 drops of water be?” to our kindergarten scientists.  Most of us thought that it would overflow an 8 ounce cup.  Then we took out our pipettes and tested it out.  We found out that 100 drops of water is not much at all, it barely covered the bottom of the cup.

Here are some other pictures from our 100th Day activities.  Here we are making our 100 Day Crowns.  I think we used 100 staples in each one.  Thanks to Gracie’s mom, Martin’s aunt, and Kamyl’s grandma for helping us.

We sorted 10 different snack items.  We  counted out 10 pieces each and had a tasty 100 piece snack!  Thanks to everyone who brought in snacks for us.
