Note:  The Cub Scout picnic that was scheduled for tonight, has been rescheduled to Monday, May 19 at 6:00 p.m. due to the weather.  Thanks!

We had a wonderful time at our Muffins for Mom on Friday!  Here are some precious pictures that Billy’s mom took during the event.

Please mark your calendar:  Donuts for Dads will take place on Friday, June 6 at 9:00 a.m.  Invitations will be sent home this week!

• Letter Book:  we are working on the”sh”sound.  Please make sure that your child finds 5 or more pictures that have the:”sh”sound. The sound can be found anywhere in the word.
• Spelling words will have the “en” chunk.  hen  men  pen  when   This week be the last week for your child’s individual spelling words.
• Homelinks 7.2 and 7.4 were due on Monday, May 12th.

  Homelinks 7.7 and 7.9 will be due on Monday, May 19th.

  Homelinks 7.14 and 8.2 will be due on Tuesday, May 27th.

  Homelinks 8.6 and 8.8 will be due on Monday, June 2nd.

• Field trip is on Wednesday, May 14th!  It is also a late-start day!  We will be boarding the bus at 9:50 a.m.  If you are a chaperone, your information packet will be sent home tomorrow.
• This week, I will be administering the District Writing Prompt and the District Math prompt.
