After checking yesterday’s homework (answers linked below), students began using GeoGebra to construct parallelograms. We will continue using this website in class tomorrow to construct special parallelograms and identify key features.

After reviewing yesterday’s homework answers (linked below), we began Unit 4 – Quadrilaterals by discussing the different special case quadrilaterals, classifying them and how to prove what they are. We began a quadrilateral proof activity that will be continued in class tomorrow. Our definition notes are linked below.
SAT SLOT Week 3 Monday – using calculator to help solve problems!
Today we discussed how to use CPCTC (Corresponding Parts of Congruent Triangles are Congruent) to solve for missing values and prove parts of triangles congruent in 2-column proof form. Notes and extra practice are linked below. EP is homework if not finished in class today.
