This Week at William Ford!
Thursday is our Annual Halloween Walk at William Ford from 2:00-3:00. Students are allowed to wear a costume if they choose. However, please no weapons or toy weapons – weapons of any sort are never allowed on a school campus. Also, for your child’s safety, do not wear masks to and from school. Parents who have arranged with their child’s teacher to help with the grade level are allowed at school during the Halloween Walk.
Friday is the next Parent Univesity from 8:45-9:45! This Friday’s topic is an important one…Screen Time! Please make sure you attend.

BRICS Bond and PTA Meeting this Wednesday, October 2!
Please join us on Wednesday, October 2nd for two very important meetings! Parents are encouraged to come to the cafeteria after drop-off for coffee, snacks and conversation at 8:45. At 9:00 representatives from the district will discuss details about the upcoming BRICS Bond in November, and then at 9:20 the PTA will hold a brief meeting.

Half Day Tomorrow!
Tomorrow, September 20, is a half day of school! Please pick your kindergarten student up at 11:40!
Breakfast and Arrival
Just a reminder… Breakfast is served from 8:00-8:25 and students must enter through the Cafeteria doors. If students arrive before 8:25 they will be directed to enter through the cafeteria doors to eat breakfast and not invited to leave the cafeteria until 8:25. At 8:25 all students who are eating breakfast will then be chaperoned to the hallway by their classroom. Students not eating breakfast and arriving from 8:25-8:40 may enter at the front doors, door on Ternes and/or the parking lot door will go directly to the hallway by their classroom. These procedures are for the safety of all of our students. Your cooperation and understanding is greatly appreciated.
