Rough Draft

AGENDA:

  1. Added figurative language and/or sensory details to bubble map
  2. Discussed the difference between writing a “watermelon” story and a “seed” story for a memoir
  3. Focused on the organizational format of “The Accident” to help us visualize our own memoir format
  4. Using a writing organizer & the rubric, began to write rough draft of own memoir
  5. If done with rough draft, read for SSR and/or worked on One-Pager assignment [info available on iLearn]
  6. Dismissal countdown
