Happy Monday!

This week we are wrapping up Card Marking Three. Friday will be a half day for middle school students and dismissal will be at 11:05 am.

In math we will beginning a new unit on Exponents. This unit will only last around a week or so. Our new big question for math will be, “What are Exponents?”

In Social Studies, we are still looking at how natural features and hazards effect humans.

In language arts we are going to have our last set of traditional spelling words and activities. Starting next week we will be beginning our new ELA program Language! Live. This blended learning program will be great for our students and I’m excited to get started!

In Science we are wrapping up the water cycle. Next, students will be explaining the behavior of water on the Earth’s surface.
