Another Weekend Warrior 20 Minute Blast Off Workout

Here is another workout for kids that involved no equipment and can be done inside or outside on a nice day. The workout lasts 20 minutes and gradually picks up the pace and becomes more challenging as time moves on. Get pumped up and get moving!!! Grab your parents and challenge them to workout with you:)
