The activity is to go along with storytime, so you can do it before storytime or after, I want you and your child to go on a button hunt. Go around the house and find different things that have buttons on them. It could be pants, shirts, toys, or coats. Count how many buttons are on each different thing you find. You can keep track of how many buttons you find and then count and add to know how many you found all together.
The children can also draw a picture of Pete the Cat with his buttons, or draw a picture of themselves with buttons.

⁃ يتمثل النشاط في مواكبة وقت القصة . حتى تتمكن من القيام بذلك قبل وقت القصة أو بعده . أريدك ان تذهب أنت وطفلك في مطاردة الأزرار ، تجول في المنزل واعثر على أشياء مختلفة تحتوي على أزرار . يمكن ان تكون السراويل ، أو القمصان ، أو الألعاب أو المعاطف .
⁃ احسب عدد الأزرار الموجودة في كل شيء مختلف تجده ، يمكنك تتبع عدد الأزرار التي تعثر عليها ثم عدها وإضافتها لمعرفة الأزرار التي وجدتها معا .
⁃ يمكن للأطفال أيضًا رسم بيت القط بأزراره . أو ارسم صورة لأنفسكم باستخدام الأزرار
