Winter break announcements:
When we return from break, we have one week and two days of class before final exams. Please relax and enjoy your break, but take a little time to review as well!
AP Psych has a “Mega Study Guide” posted to Google Classroom. The final exam will be cumulative, covering units 1-4 as well the section of Unit 5 covering memory & cognition. Test corrections for the Unit 4 test (Learning) will also be available after break. AP students also have a reading assignment due Monday, January 6th.
Psychology students don’t have any homework over break, but they were given a study guide for the final to begin reviewing. Students will be allowed to bring a one page “cheat sheet” with handwritten notes to use on the final. Please see instructions on Google Classroom. Test corrections for the Development & Personality test will also be available after break.
Sociology students have been working on a Children’s Book assignment on prejudice and discrimination. If not already completed in class, this is due Monday January 6th. This counts as a summative assessment grade so be sure to turn it in on time! Feel free to email me over break if you have any questions. Sociology students were also given study guides to begin reviewing and creating “cheat sheets” for the final.
Please remember to check Google Classroom for daily updates and materials. I accept late work for half credit up until finals week, so now is the time to catch up on any missing assignments!
Have a safe and happy holiday!
