Food and sealed bottles of water are permitted in the park. Each child should have 1 or 2 sealed, unopened water bottles.  They can open them and refill them at the park if they are hot and thirsty.  For the kids in your party, juice boxes are also allowed. These items can be brought in a small soft sided cooler no larger than 16″ x 16″ x 8″. All bags are subject to inspection. We’ll eat at 11:30.

The Big Cat Food Court is near the main entrance and offers a wide variety of food choices including fresh squeezed lemonade, elephant ears, ice cream, French fries, handmade pretzels, deli sandwiches, gyros, and coney and Chicago style hot dogs. All for an additional price. Also, Comerica carousel and Fly Ball Ferris wheel are open to the public at additional price too.  If you wish to purchase these items, you must have money and the child is responsible for holding the money.  The teacher is not carrying around each child’s cash all day and neither are the parent chaperones- that’s how confusion happens.

It is supposed to be in the 80’s that day- wear sunscreen.
