MYON ISSUES: If you have been struggling with signing into Myon at home I received this response from Ms. Hanson, our school technology rep.
*I tested myon using clever on my son’s iPad, and it worked. I could not get the app to work, I just went through safari to the website.
One thing the parents have to look at is who is logged into google. If the parent is logged in, or another sibling on the computer, clever can’t access the students account. We may want suggest they try a different browser like Firefox or explorer to get to the DPS website and log in.
And they have to put in 20xxxxxx@dearbornschools.org
She also mentioned that if you still can’t get on she is here Mondays and can show you how to sign on. She teaches a class in the media center until 3:30 but is able to show you what to do after that. You can call or email her to double check that she can meet with you.
