Number System: We took our last SLOT quiz on plotting points in the coordinate plane and everyone mastered it. This is important because we will be plotting points on the coordinate plane to form polygons and find area and distances. Homework is to complete SLOT #4 (see homework attachments page).
Geometry: We worked in groups or independently today because some students needed to work on the basics of finding area with me and other students worked on complex problem solving to find area using versatiles.
Khan Academy due Friday! 30 minutes and complete the following skills: 1. Area of parallelograms
2. Area of trapezoids
3. Points in the Coordinate Plane
