Have a sunny day!

Information about your PE Class

on March 16, 2020

Hello, students! Information and plans for Physical Education are posted for you at the bottom of your teacher’s weekly plans. Although we may not be able to do the exact same things that we have been doing in PE Class, the important thing now is that you stay active! You should be active for 60 minutes per day! You do not have to do it all at once, but with the log in my and Ms. Beck’s lesson plans, you can be active everyday. With the weather getting warmer, we are encouraging you to go outside with your families and do things together like: ride bikes or scooters (no, we don’t mean electric scooters), go for walks, play on the playground equipment, race each other from here to there, play throw and catch, jump rope- have contests with each other – who can do the most. Your body needs to move EVERYDAY FOR 60 MINUTES!!!

Ms. Beck and I will be adding more things to do as the days and weeks go along so check back and see what we’ve done.

I miss all of you, but we all need to be safe and healthy. So I have this to say to you:

***Drink lots of water

***Eat healthy food – that means LOTS of vegetables and fruits.

***Get plenty of sleep.

***KEEP ACTIVE – AT LEAST 60 MINUTES PER DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

and remember….KEEP SMILING AND HAVE A SUNNY DAY!!!
