Since you won’t have gym class during the break, I am giving you homework!
PLAY OUTSIDE!!!! By that I mean: ride your bike, go for a walk, go swimming (indoors), go for a run, ride your scooter or rollerblades, play basketball or soccer.
Just get moving! Don’t forget to get your family to play with you – what fun!!
4th and 5th graders also need to practice their sit ups for one minute!
Also…..eat some fruits and vegetables.
