Welcome to Henry Ford Early College

Henry Ford Early College (HFEC) is a 5 year education option for students entering 9th grade in September.  (applications are submitted  January – March 15th while student is in 8th grade)

HFEC is a partnership between the  Dearborn Public Schools, Henry Ford College and Henry Ford Health System, located on Henry Ford College main campus (5101 Evergreen, Dearborn MI  48128)

HFEC is an educational program that offers an integrated high school andcollege curriculum. The successful HFEC student will earn a high school diploma, and either a health career college certificate through an Associate’s degree in a health-related field or up to 2 years transferable college credit.

As an early college and member of the Middle College National Consortium (MCNC), Henry Ford Early College focuses on a small school learning setting, real-world learning experiences, and service learning in an academically challenging environment.
