Dearborn Rotary Scholarships

Dearborn Rotary offers 4 scholarships to graduating students.  There are 23 awards ranging from $2,000 to $8,000.  The Scholarships and eligibility are:

Dearborn Area Schools: Dearborn High School, Edsel Ford High School, Fordson High School, Henry Ford Early College, Divine Child High School, Henry Ford Academy, and Advanced Technology Academy.

• Harry A. Sisson Scholarship: One $8,000 award.
• Hugh Archer Scholarship: Two $4,000 awards

Dearborn Public Schools including the Early Henry Ford Early College:

• Past-President’s Scholarship: Four $3,000 awards
• Otto Rowen Scholarship: Up to sixteen $2,000 awards

Some important dates to be aware of for 2017/18:

• Application deadline: The deadline date is Friday 1/12/2018 for the Sisson, Archer, and Past-Presidents Scholarships and Friday 1/26/2018 for the Rowen Scholarship.
• Celebration Event: All 23 of the award winners will be recognized in one event tentatively scheduled for Tuesday 4/17/18.
