Once again, I have to express how important it is that your child reads all summer long.
Weekly trips to the library are a good idea. Library Summer reading programs for everyone, adults included, begin Monday, June 19 and conclude on Saturday, July 28. Read or listen to books, attend programs and be eligible for weekly prize drawings. Detailed information will be available on the website by early June, or call 313-943-2330.
Students could continue to use Myon.com, Mobymax.com, and Frontrowed.com for reading and math.

We saw a video about the history of the company, walked through the packaging part of the plant, and we even got to meet the owner Mr. Howdy Holmes. His family has owned the company since 1901.
Thank you to all of our parent chaperons. The bus was a little crowded but we worked it out. 🙂
