It’s Monday again and you know what the means…Double gym day! Has your child been getting exercise?
Here are some ideas to get your child moving today:
- Ice skate with paper plates. Put a paper plate under each food and slide around the house
- Put on a fashion show and dance down the runway
- Make a maze! Use chalk outside or tape inside to make lines to follow
- Puddle jump! Place blue paper on the ground and jump over the puddles
