PEEK AT THE WEEK
- Our letter of the week was the letter “C”. We read an interactive letter book, sang letter C songs, stamped the letter, and glued down pictures that start with the letter C to a cookie sheet
- Our core vocab word of the week was the word “can”. We talked about all the different thing we ‘can’ do and then showed off our skills!
- We read many books including Dear Zoo, Goodnight Gorilla, and Hedge Hugs Autumn
- Ms. Staci worked with the students one on one
- The children practiced counting by rolling a die, counting up the dots and then feeding our monkey toy that many bananas
- We read a book about going to the zoo and graphed the animals we were most excited to see
- The children worked putting zoo animal puzzles together
- We went to the zoo!!
