Students acted like the 🌍 and rotated around the ☀️. They learned about why we have day and night , how the Earth spins so fast (about 1,000 miles per hour) , and why we don’t “feel” it. Some were a little shy 🥰Camera shy 📸 We also learned about sunrise and sunset and the position of the earth and sun during both! 🌄 🌅 While we are experiencing daylight ……people living in Asia are sound asleep 😴 💤 since they’re experiencing night! When you tell the students to “model” how the earth rotates around the sun and they only hear the word “model” 💁♀️

About the Author
Hello! My name is Mrs. Sobh. This is my seventh year teaching and I love what I do! I graduated from The University of Michigan Dearborn with a Masters degree in Education- My major is language arts and my minor is science.
Let me tell me a little about myself☺️ I am married to the love of my life, Mouhamad, and have two beautiful kids, Madleyn, 2, and Baby Moussa ( and yes, we call him that), 4 months. They are my happiness. In my free time I love to spend time with my family, shop , dine, explore new places, and be outdoors! I also enjoy going horseback riding, going for walks, drinking coffee ( lots of it 😍) , Did I mention I love nature! I can basically live outside. The beach is my happy place 🏝
I come from a big family! I have 5 brothers, 2 sisters , and 18 nieces and nephews ( plus one more niece or nephew on the way). I am the youngest of my siblings and I love it!
Every child has a right to learn and I have a right to teach! Your child will receive the BEST education in my class! You can rest assured ☺️ since I am a Mother myself, I treat my students as if they were my own kids.
Thank you for allowing me to be a part of your child’s education and I look forward to a wonderful year together 💚
If you have any additional questions, please don’t hesitate to ask ☺️
