Students are to study for the Economics Test tomorrow Wednesday, December, 19, 2018. It will consist of all the vocabulary words and the definitions that we learned throughout the unit. All the resources were provided to the students in their binders and Interactive Student Notebooks!

Students are to create a “Circular Flow Model” in their Interactive Student Notebook. They will draw it on two pages, label each part, add images, and color it! It is due Wednesday, December 19, 2018! All resources are provided to the students and they can research additional information, if needed.

 88^th Year

The Veterans Day ceremony will be held on Monday, November 12, as memorial to the forty-seven Lowrey alumni who have given their lives in the service of our country.

Students are encouraged to wear red, white, and blue colors to school that day!

Lowrey Parent Teacher conferences will be November 12th and 14th from 3:15-6:15.

There will be a quiz tomorrow on the 12 vocabulary words and the 3 types of elections held in the United States! Please study using the resources that are available in your Interactive Student Notebooks (ISN) and Google Classroom.

We will begin our annual Thanksgiving Food Drive on Friday November 9^th and will run until Friday November 16^th. That gives us 6 school days to collect as much nonperishable food items as possible for families in our community who are in need.  Our goal is that each student brings in a minimum of 5 food items or $5.00.   We thank you in advance for your generosity and compassionate hearts.  We are expecting 100% participation from students!
