Since we have 2 weeks left for posting assignments this year, you will be working on a project: What is it Made Of? . The project is worth 20 points and consists of 2 parts: a poster/model and explanation . You will find on google classroom. It is a research about the composition of materials we are familiar with such as chalk, detergent, plastic, etc…Use the links provided in your document to select a material/object of your interest. Read the rubric to complete all required aspects of the project. Your task is to illustrate and explain the chemistry of an object you chose by creating a model/poster and completing the sentences stems on page 2 of your assignment.
Grading: your grades are being updated weekly. It’s a three-step process and takes time to show on MI Star. You should not worry if you tried and answered all the questions completely by showing basic chemistry understanding. Incomplete assignments will receive reduced points.
Late work: There is no harm for turning in original work. I understand that this time is difficult and takes time to adjust. It is normal if you feel overwhelemed, you still have time to catch up and make up missed work.
