Guiding question: what makes atoms stick together?

In today’s activity, students explored the different types of physical connections that hold objects together. They explored using toothpicks, tape, rubber band, and magnets. Then, they compared their physical model to the forces that hold potassium and chlorine together.

we will be taking a summative assessment on lesson 1-4 next week Wednesday 3/4. Please review what we figured out notes as a study guide.
