Week of December 16th – December 20th
Hello Parents and Guardians,
NEED TO KNOW:
- Late start December 18th.
- We will have a holiday party on December 20th from 1:30-2:30. I have attached the link to our Sign Up Genius. The Sing-Along with happen right after the party from 2:30-3:30.

- Winter Break starts on December 20th and school resumes on January 6th.
SPELLING: We will do “cl” words. Our words are: clap, clock, close, claw, clay, cloud, club, clip. Our bonus words: gray, white.
WRITING: Look for your child’s opinion piece in the hallway during our Friday festivities!
READING: We will continue to read and compare selections of “The Polar Express” to learn about different types of characters and analyze what the characters say, think, and do.
MATH: We will continue working on Module 2. It is an introduction to place value through addition and subtraction within 20. We plan on being done with lessons 1-16 by Friday. Please have your child practice math at home to help them with their development at school.
SCIENCE: We are focusing on Social Studies.
SOCIAL STUDIES: We will work on our lesson about History.
