Dear Snow Families,

It’s that time of year again, the Little Caesars Pizza Kit Fundraiser is underway!  All proceeds will be used to help send next year’s Fifth Graders to Camp Pinewood.  Packets have been sent home with all important information.  If you need another, there are extras in the office.  New for this year there is an online ordering option at www.pizzakit.com (Fundraiser ID #298211).

Order forms and payments are due on May 1st and pizza kits will be delivered on May 13th, 3:00 PM-6:00 PM.

Dear Snow Families 3-5,

Students need to return their science project ideas to their teachers by tomorrow, Wednesday, April 15th.  There is a form on front cover of the yellow science project packet that was sent home before spring break.  Students need to list their project title and the question that they are testing.

Projects are due May 11th.  Thank you for your cooperation.

Spelling words (irregular plurals):  knives, leaves, teeth, children, shelves

Academic words:  irregular, plural, whole, part, hunt

Congratulations to Jacob M. and Joaquin for completing all of their 3 minute tests for multiplication and division and joining the “Math Wizards Club”!

After reviewing the Unit 8 Math test on fractions, many students did poorly on the test.  I’m going to create a re-test to give to all students after reviewing the concepts on fractions with the class.

Thank you to the families that already returned the yellow paper about the project title your child has chosen for the Science Fair.  All other forms are due this Wednesday, April 15th.   The actual science project is due on Monday, MAY 11th.

Come support the Snow Elementary Cub Scouts Pack 1148 this weekend at Five Below on the Hill.  If you come Fridayand Saturday, the 3rd and 4th of April, from 9:00 am – 9:00 pm and purchase items, 10% will go to the CUB SCOUTS.   A yellow sheet is coming home today with details.
