We will be exchanging Valentine’s Day cards and/or candy on Tuesday, February 14th.  A list of the students’ names in our class is being sent home today.  We will not be having a party with food, just the candy students share with each other.

Thank you to the Stanciu family for donating snack to the classroom for students who do not bring in their own snack from home.

Report cards and NWEA reports will be coming home today.

Our next PBIS party is Thursday, February 16th.  It will be an electronics day in the classroom.  Students must have no more than 5 card flips from December and January combined.  Students with more than 5 card flips will go to the “Rethink Room” to brainstorm how to follow the PBIS Matrix.

Our field trip to the Ford Community and Performing Arts Center to see the Dearborn Symphony Orchestra is this Thursday, February 9th.  Students will leave school on the bus around 10:00 a.m. and return to school around 12:00 p.m.  There are no chaperones needed for this trip.  If your child has not returned their permission slip, please do so as soon as possible or he/she will not be able to attend the trip.  There is no cost for this field trip.
