Reading:
Read at least one narrative (fiction) book on Kids a-z and answer the questions.  On a seperate sheet of paper retell the story in your own words.  

Remember to use the words; 
In the beginning, Next, Then, After that , and Finally.
Spelling: eat   seat   meat   cheat   feed   greet   fleet   seed  where   friend 
Have a parent give you the spelling test on a seperate sheet of paper.  How did you do?

Before starting the lesson you will need: 40 small objects.  I suggest using pennies, but anything small will work.  Paper and Pencil
White board and marker if you have them.  (optional)

Below the video there is a link to download the problem set.  You don’t have to print.  Just write the answers on paper.
Writing:
Write a creative story using these 5 words: apple, train, elephant, paper, piano.
Be creative. Use adjectives to make your story interesting. Remember a story has a beginning, middle and end. I can’t wait to read them.
Sight Words:Practice your sight word flashcards with someone.  Put the words that were a bit slower in a separate pile and practice them again.
