My ELA 6 students may remember the writing prompt about Heraclitus, Greek philosopher from the 5th century BCE. The quote, “All is change” is attributed to him. He is also credited with the saying “You cannot step into the same river twice”. Consider the implications of these ideas as they relate to your schooling at this time.
ELA 6 students, you are asked to complete a minimum of 30 minutes of SAT practice today, as well as review Frederick Douglass, chapters 1-5. I have placed the chapters and Khan Academy instructions in the google classroom.
ELA 8 students, you will be reading chapter 5 of The Kite Runner today. Spoiler alert, reading questions and a quiz will be coming after chapter 6.
E2020 students, I trust that you received the e-mail with the message from the school regarding your classes. You may continue on at home. Please e-mail when you need a quiz or test unlocked.
