Parent/teacher Conferences are on Thursday, November 9 and Wednesday, November 16. Please keep an eye out for your scheduled time. Report cards will be passes out during conferences. 

Tuesday, October 31, 2017 is the Halloween Parade. Students can wear appropriate costumes but no masks or props.

School districts in Wayne County have placed a proposal on the November 8^th ballot to provide added funding for our schools. It is the “Regional Enhancement Millage Proposal.”

If approved by the entire county, the 2 mil proposal will generate approximately $6.2 million from Dearborn but the District will receive $7.8 million in additional funding for our schools.  Money would go to local schools starting this year and the millage expires after six years.  Continue reading →

We would love to have you come in and read a book to our class during March is Reading Month. You can bring in a book you would like to read or I have books that you can pick from in English or Arabic. Please email me a time and date that works for you and we will work around your schedule. I would love to get all of you to come in to read to the class. Please let me know via email, phone call, or whenever you see me. This would allow me to make sure it isn’t during a special.

This Friday, February 28, 2014 will be a bake sale. The bake sale is to help reduce the price of our next field trip. We need your support. You can help by sending in items like cupcakes, juice, cookies, brownies, and individualized packaged items. Cupcakes are a hot item that students love to purchase. Any donation you can provide us with will be greatly appreciated.

If you can’t donate an item, we can still use your help. We need parent volunteers who can help at the bake sale. If you can help, please contact me.
