Greetings! Great Job at all of our events!!! Please make sure your child is at our next two rehearsals. We are still learning our regular music and it is crucial that all are in attendance!!  It will be memorized!  We must finish!!! See you tomorrow on time at 3:50pm!  When we return from break we only have one rehearsal left and our Concert!! 🙂

Please be on time for the tree lighting tonight. The call time is 6:20pm in the dome room. Wear your honors choir uniform.  Thank you!

Everyone is doing a great job!  We can meet a few minutes later than planned.  We will meet for Nutcracker at 6:15 pm tonight.  Please spread the word!  Please plan on picking your students up when they are finished at the half way point or the end.  Halfway is 7:55-8:00pm for this show and end is 9:00pm.  We appreciate parents being on time and available for a phone call should your child need to get in touch with you regarding pick up.  Thank you all for your fantastic commitment and hard work!

Our rehearsal today is only for Nutcracker singers. Nutcracker singers meet at 6:30 sharp at the Civic Center. Please remember to wear black pants, black socks , black shoes and a light shirt so you can fit your HC shirt over it.  Bring a bottle of water if you think you will need it.  You will be great!!

Just a reminder, if we finish early today, to be available for pick up if your child calls. Thank you so much!  It’s going to be great!

Shirts will be handed out after rehearsal tonight. If you have not paid yet, please have your child bring $10 IN AN ENVELOPE marked with CHILD’s NAME.  It is easier to keep track.  Students who ARE NOT in the Nutcracker and are waiting for a shirt, please come pick up your shirt at 6:30 at the Civic Center. Thanks!

Hello! If you plan on attending one of the performances of Nutcracker, you will need tickets. They can be purchased at www.dearborntheater.com. Students who are singing do NOT require a ticket.  Enjoy!!

Just a reminder that rehearsal is at the Max M. Music Center Monday.  A map was sent home last Tuesday. Please meet at 6:15. We will try to be finished by 8.  Please make sure your child has a way to contact you so we can all get home as quickly as possible. Singers please run through your music at least twice before you arrive.   Park in the garage. You will  need to tell the attendant that you are singing with the Civic Orchestra for the Nutcracker rehearsal so you are not charged for parking.  Here is the address:

Hello! I apologize for getting this info out late!  Too many things!  Following are the details for tree lighting on Monday, Dec. 8 for all singers. Wear black pants, black socks, black shoes and HC shirt you will receive this week.

The Concert is INDOORS! We sing in the center following the lighting of the Christmas tree outside. Admission is Free!

6:30 Arrive, report to the Dome Room

7:00 Concert Begins with Dearborn High Marching Band

7:20 We sing on stage

7:40 City Sing A Long with Mayor and Santa
