Thursday, November 8 Regular Rehearsal 3:50-5:05 pm Stout
*New! WEDNESDAY, November 14 4:15-5:15 pm – Rehearsal at Stout. This is a combined rehearsal with Elementary Honors Choir for WaSSAIL!
THURSDAY, November 15 6-8 pm. WASSAIL! Rehearsal with Vanguard Voices 6-8 pm at Henry Ford Community College. 5101 Evergreen Road, Dearborn 48128. Use NoRTH ENTRANCe off of Evergreen. Parents are welcome to drop off students in the circle drive at building F (MacKenzie Fine Arts Bldg). Rehearsal will take place in Band room. Parking is crowded but available in lots 9 and 10 (also 7 and 8, a little further away), will be crowded. Anyone parking should definitely come at least 15 minutes early. Please pick up promptly at 8:00 pm.
Tuesday, November 20 WASSAIL! 4:00 pm – 5:15 pm . Stout Combined rehearsal with Elementary. Also run Tree Lighting Music. (we are arriving a few minutes early so we can run Solstice and On a December Night. )
Thursday, November 29, 2018 Rehearsal 3:50-5:05 pm. Stout. Very important Rehearsal! Please have WASSAIL, On a December Night and Solstice memorized! We will clean and polish these today!
*Monday, December 3, 2018 . City of Dearborn Tree Lighting Ceremony at Ford Community and Performing Arts Center. We need all singers for this performance. Please arrive by 6 pm . Go quietly to the dome room for warmup and run through. We will be on stage by 6:50 pm. This is a free event for families.
Thursday, December 6, 2018 – WASSAIL! Final rehearsal with the Vanguard Voices and Dearborn Community Chorus at Ford Community and Performing Arts Center. 6-8 pm. Please arrive by 5:45 pm so we can line up.
Saturday, December 8, 2018 WASSAIL! Performance at Ford Community and Performing Arts Center. Today is the big day! Call time: 4:10 pm. We begin rehearsing on stage at 4:30 pm. Concert begins at 6:00 pm and should be finished about 8:00 pm. Please watch blog for ticket information.

Wednesday, December 19, 2018. Holiday Nights at Greenfield Village. Please arrive by 6:15 pm near the fountain.
I am sending home a printed schedule with your child at rehearsal on November 8. This schedule contains more details, including our upcoming Wassail rehearsals and uniform requirements. !

We had a great rehearsal last week! We are in the final stages of preparing Wassail! Please make sure your child is practicing at home. There are practice files on the drive. Focusing on 10,11 and 12 will be very helpful. Reviewing the rest will help solidify the music for you!

Welcome to the new school year! Secondary Honors Choir will begin on Thursday, September 20, 2018 at 3:50-5:05 pm at Stout Middle School! Please mark your calendar and be sure to come this day! We have some exciting performances coming up and need to hit the ground running!
