Amazing Performance! Proud! See you Thursday, Dec. 13!

Thank you all for the amazing performance on Saturday for WASSAIL! It was a truly joyful event and one of the reasons I love working with such dedicated students and parents!

We have regular rehearsal THIS Thursday, Dec. 13 from 3:50-5:05 pm. I will be passing out wristbands ( 1 per student) for Holiday Nights and we will rehearse our songs. We will also go over details for Holiday Nights. Please be sure you are present!

If you are a Bryant student, you will be released at 4:30 pm since you have an evening concert. I just ask that you make sure you get to honors choir on time – so we can begin at 3:50 pm.

The rest of the choir will stay for the remainder of rehearsal. See you Thursday!

Ms. Pegouske

Great Rehearsal! Details for Saturday, Dec. 8

Hello HC Parents,

Last night’s rehearsal with the band, SATB adult chorus, and our kids went extremely well! In spite of the lengthy time standing on stage, HC students stood with singers posture the entire time – and sounded AMAZING – you are in for a treat!

Here are a couple things to remember for tomorrow’s performance:
4:10- CALL TIME – Meet Ms. Pegouske in lobby dressed and ready to go!
4:30 – Quick rehearsal and group photo
5:25 – Pizza, water, and bathroom break!
5:50 – HC students head to assigned seats in auditorium (we will watch the first half of the concert together)
6:00 – Concert begins!
Intermission – HC Students line up backstage.
2nd Half of Concert – Wassail! (Our turn to sing and shine!)

Finish approximately 8:15-8:30 pm.

So very excited for tomorrow!  See you soon!

Singers who performed in Nutcracker LAST YEAR

Hello! The DSO civic is looking for a few more singers for the Nutcracker this year.  If you sang for the Nutcracker LAST YEAR, and would like to sing for them, please contact nrodriguez@dso.org.

I will NOT be part of the performances as this is our “off year.” I am simply trying to help them get a few more singers.  It will be up to parents to communicate directly with Mr. Rodriguez.

Performances are Friday, Nov. 30, Sat Dec. 1 and Sun Dec.2

Please contact Mr. Nelson Rodriguez asap for more details if you are interested. nrodriguez@dso.org

Thank you!
