Hello! We need to add a combined rehearsal to our schedule on MONDAY , DEC 12 from 4:05 to 4:35 sharp! We will be combining with elementary to rehearse for our December 18 performance with the Motor City Brass Band. Please arrive 5 MINUTES EARLY to get settled. We need every minute!
Please make arrangements to be there for this important rehearsal. We will STILL have rehearsal on Thursday, Dec. 15 at our regular time.

Just a reminder the tree lighting is tomorrow, Monday Dec. 5 at the Ford Community and Performing Arts Center. Singers will meet at 6:15 sharp in the ballroom. Please do not be late, we have limited rehearsal time. We need EVERYONE to practice a Festive Fa La La and make sure it is SOLID and MEMORIZED. Please spend time on it today and tomorrow before you arrive. A reminder concert dress code is black socks, black shoes, LONG SLEEVE black shirt, black dress pants. Parents please be prepared to take students home immediately following the performance. See you soon! We will have a great time!

Dear Parents of Honors Choir singers,
This letter is to inform you about our upcoming performance at the 2016 Holiday Nights in Greenfield Village. We have been scheduled to perform on Sunday, December 11, 2016 from 6:30pm – 9:30pm.
All singers are expected to be at this event.
The entire group will meet in the Josephine Ford Plaza by the fountain promptly at 5:45pm. Please make arrangements to be on time. Guests will not be able to enter the Village until 6:30.
Participant Waiver Form (will be handing out at rehearsal) – Parents must fill this form out and return Ms. Pegouske no later than Dec. 8th. Students will not be able to perform if this waiver is not turned in.
Each singer will receive one complimentary ticket to use for a guest(parent/chaperone). Singers do not need a ticket to enter the event.
If you wish to attend the event, you can use your singer’s complementary ticket, but you must purchase additional tickets if more want to come see the group perform and attend Holiday Nights. These tickets must be purchased ahead of time, either on the website www.thehenryford.org or by calling 800-835-5237. They will be unable to make arrangements for additional tickets if and when the evening is sold out. This event does sell out fast, so please be aware of this.
This is such a fun and great performance opportunity for our singers! Because most parents attend this event, singers will be with parents during all breaks. This is a great chance to get to know other singers and families!

A reminder the tree lighting is Monday, December 5. Please arrive in the ballroom of the Ford Community and Performing Arts Center no later than 6:15. We will rehearse our piece and also rehearse with the elementary choir.
Please have Festive Fa La La memorized as well as Housetop Carol.
We need EVERYONE to be successful! All singers are expected to be at this performance!
Uniform is the same – black long pants, black long sleeve shirt, black socks, black shoes. We will be wearing the stoles.
Tree Lighting is a free event! The event begins at 7pm on the stage.
