Parents: Please make sure your child is practicing at home this week. Thursday is our last rehearsal before the concert. Just a reminder, the concert is Tuesday, January 17 at 7:00pm at Stout Middle School. ALL music should be practiced at home this week and memorized. Just a reminder, the performance with the Motor City Brass Band is Sunday! This is going to be an exciting and unique experience! Please meet at 1:45 pm in the dome room of the Ford Community and Performing Arts Center. A gentle reminder, that this performance has been on the calendar since the beginning of the year. We commit to these professional engagements with the understanding that all of our singers will be in attendance. Students received a gold voucher for discounted tickets on Thursday. Great Job on Holiday Nights! What a fun and festive time! Following are details for Sunday Dec. 18 performance with the Motor City Brass Band at the Ford Community and Performing Arts Center! This is going to be a great performance! The director arranged 2 of our pieces to be accompanied by brass band.
Rehearsal – Thursday December 15 – 3:50-5:15 at Stout.( we are extending a few minutes). This is a VERY important rehearsal. Because of the snow day, it is our ONLY chance to rehearse our combined piece with Elementary. PLEASE make sure to be there.
SUNDAY – December 18 – CALL TIME 1:45 in the dome room at the Ford Community and Performing Arts Center. Same uniform as always. PLEASE BE ON TIME. We will be rehearsing with the band right before the performance.
CONCERT time and tickets – Concert begins at 3:00 pm. Students are expected to stay for duration of concert. TICKETS – Your child will receive a gold voucher for discounted tickets . $10 for first adult and $5 for second.
