Today I will be sending home a commitment form for the Nutcracker.  I need to find out who can commit to all of the rehearsals and performances. We have a few more students than we need for this event and I want to find a way to include all of you!  I’d like to start by seeing who can make a full commitment to all.  Please fill out and sign the form – I need it returned by Nov. 13. Thank you!  Following are the dates again:

TUESDAY November  25 Rehearsal 3:50-5:05 Stout MS- Nutrcacker Group

Nutrcacker Rehearsals:

Monday – Dec. 1- Meet 6:15pm – The Max Orchestra Hall, Detroit. We will be done approximately 8:15pm.

Wednesday – Dec. 3 – call time 6:30pm  in lobby .Dress rehearsal – Ford Community and Performing Arts Center., Dearborn Finish approximately 8:30.

Thursday – Dec. 4  Final Dress Rehearsal – FCPAC – call time 6:30 in Lobby. Finish approx 8:30pm

Friday – December 5 – Performance – FCPAC . Call time 7:00pm.  Performance 8pm. Finish approx. 9:30pm.

Saturday – December 6 TWO performances today! 1) Call time 12:00pm. Performance at 1:00pm. 2)  Call time 6:00pm Performance at 7:00pm.
