This week we are going to read The Very Busy Spider by Eric Carle and complete some fun activities. Remember any activities your child completes please send me a video or pictures so I can document that he or she is completing the work. The contingency plans start today and I will be calling each family to explain the plan and review your child’s classroom goals.
Please pick one activity to complete:
- Draw a picture of your favorite farm animal from the book. Put your name on the top of the paper. Tell Mom or whoever is helping you about your picture. Have them write down what you drew a picture of. Here is Mrs. Schuit’s picture:
- Look around your house for farm animal toys you may have.
- Name the farm animals, count the farm animals or make a barn for them to live in.
- Name the colors of the animals
- Make the animal sounds – What does a pig say? OINK< OINK <OINK
- Take your animals outside to play on this beautiful day!
