Today was a beautiful day! I hope everyone was able to enjoy it!
Only one date to remember in March:
- Wed. March 18th is a late start for the A.M. class.
Theme: Farm Animals
- Story: Big Red Barn by Margaret Wise Brown
- Songs: Old MacDonald and BINGO
- Zoo phonics for letter sounds
- Letter S – Snow, shoe, sock and snack
- Colors and shapes will continue to be review
- Math: Counting, one to one correspondence, number ID, counting to 100
- We will have new sight words: I, see, a, look and we will be spelling farm animals this week. Pig, cow, sheep, horse, duck, chicken, cat, dog, rabbit, goat, rooster, farm and barn. We will trace the words and spell them out with magnetic letters and laminated letters.
- We will also draw farm animals.
