All Physical Education Classes
Beginning May 18th each student will keep a fitness/activity log. The activity that you choose is completely up to you.
If you have not turned in last weeks log please email it to me.
Requirement for the log:
90 minutes total
List day, activity, and duration
Submit the log on or before May 24th. Please send it to my email.
Example:
Monday: 30 minute jog
Tuesday: 15 minutes of sit ups and push ups
Thursday: 30 minute walking my dog
Friday: 15 minutes of lunges and sit ups
