All Physical Education Classes
Beginning May 11th each student will keep a fitness/activity log. The activity that you choose is completely up to you so do something you enjoy.
If you have not turned in last weeks log please email it to me.
Requirement for the log:
90 minutes total
List day, activity, and duration.
Submit log on or before May 17th. Please send it to my email.
Example:
Monday: Bike ride 30 minutes
Tuesday: walked my dog 30 minutes
Thursday: 15 minute core workout
Saturday: 15 minutes sit ups, push ups, and lunges
