All Physical Education Classes

Beginning April 27th each student will keep a fitness/activity log. The activity that you choose is completely up to you so do something that you enjoy.

Requirements for the log:

90 minutes total

List day, activity, and duration

Submit log on or before May 3rd. Please send to my email.

Example:

Monday-30 minute walk

Tuesday-15 minutes of jumping rope

Wednesday-30 minute bike ride

Thursday-15 minutes of push ups, sit ups, and plank
