All Physical Education Classes

Beginning April 17th,  each student will keep a fitness/activity log.  The requirements for this log are:

90 minutes total activity

List day, activity, and duration

Submit log on April 24th. Please send to my email.

Example:

Monday 30 minute walk

Tuesday 15 minutes jumping rope

Wednesday 30 minute bike ride

Thursday 15 minutes of push ups, sit ups, squats, and lunges
