In sixth Grade and OL Smith…

  • Spirit Week begins this week to help raise funds for 6th grade field trip bus fees and guest teachers. Tomorrow students are encouraged to participate and dress as ” I woke up like this today!”
  • Wednesday is “Dress for Success Day” and as always
  • Friday is school spirit day.
  • Field trip forms were passed out on Friday with students to celebrate their positive behavior while in 6th grade.

This week we will begin our unit on Earth Science which is our third and last unit in Science. We will begin this week with the our learning about Alfred Wegener and his Continental Drift Theory.  This will lead our learning and conversation to plate tectonics and boundaries.

    Dear Mrs Savage I have filled out the field trip waiver online form and have received the confirmation as well. I have forwarded the confirmation mail on veer’s email id for him to show it to the official who said they haven’t received any of the confirmation about the waiver.
    He was a bit worried for the same. Would appreciate if you could convey this to the concerned official.
