Students will be taking the MSTEP from late April to early May. Students are preparing for MSTEP in class with supplemental readings at home. Please make sure students are well rested and fed the days of testing. A light healthy breakfast will help your child during testing. 6th graders will be going on a field trip to the Detroit Zoo on March, 29. Please dress for the weather. It is expected to be 50 degrees with a possible chance of rain. Students may bring a lunch or money to buy food from the food court. Thank you,

Students may order books from the scholastic magazine online or by simply filling out the paper and handing it to the teacher. Scholastic book orders are received within 3-14 business days and are a great addition to your child’s library. Please encourage your son or daughter to read by allowing them to chose good fit books.
