Semester One’s Language Art 3 Final Exam is a district-created SAT style test which assesses students on the skills we have been developing throughout the course of the semester. Students should link their 8/9 PSAT scores, through College Board, to Khan Academy, which will in turn provide them with a tailor-made SAT test prep program. In preparation for their final exams in Language Arts, students are encouraged to practice on Khan Academy.

- Why Khan Academy?
I’m kind of nervous for the final exam… It’s not that I’m scared of the final, it’s that I don’t want my grade to get any lower. I feel like finals are just so stressful and they barely bring up your grade. Honestly, I feel like if you do bad on your final it brings down your grade, than if you do good on the final and your grade stays the same. I don’t know if that makes sense to you but to me it makes sense. When I get home, I’m going to be on Khan Academy all day and night. I want to prepare myself so I can do my very best!!! 🙂
Yesterday, while I was practicing problems on khan academy I feel like it helped me by refreshing the test like questions I will be seeing tomorrow. I recommend using it as a tool to study and prepare for the final. Everyone says there is no way to study for an ELA exam, but after using khan I now know there is a study tool available.
