Upcoming Week: 5/19

Most of the students have finished taking the DRA test for the first time.  Now, I am finishing grading them and will be giving some students a retest if they need it this week.

The Math Common assessment (pencil and paper) is Monday and possibly Tuesday if it takes too long (38 questions).

STAR math is also Tuesday.

As you know, we completed the SRI two weeks ago, and scores were sent home already.

The Science Unit test is Wednesday.

Please sign the Math unit 11 test that came home today and return it to school.

And, remember…it’s a short week.  We have no school on Friday May 23.

Monday’s Agenda

Good morning everyone!

Monday is a very busy and fun science day!  At 9:00 K-2 will be attending an assembly in the gym featuring meteorologist Dave Rexroth.  Following the assembly, we will be going outside to plant flowers.  Parents, we need volunteers, so please plan to stay after the assembly.

In the afternoon, students will be participating in a fun science day, and then are invited to come back with their parents to complete science experiments together from 4:00-5:15.

What an exciting day!  See you soon.
