Canned food drive 12/7

,

Here are the totals for this week. Our goal, Mr. Awada says, is 6000 items! We can do this! Two years ago we reached over 4400 items. Considering our student count this is an amazing accomplishment!

You can send in canned food (not white government labeled please), cereal boxes, pasta bags, and anything non-perishable. Also send in gloves, hats, scarves and mittens. These will go on our Giving Tree and be used in classroom totals as well.

We will distribute our items to HYPE Athletics to be dispersed into the Dearborn and surrounding community, as well as to a local church.

Let’s GO OAKMAN LIONS! The class with the highest totals by Dec 14th will win a pizza party. Good luck to everyone!
