Yesterday and today in class we worked on Chapter 6, and each group was assigned one of the 4 empires of Mesopotamia.  They did their reading notes for the specific empire, and then as a group created a poster describing their empire.  Today they finished their posters.  This was an in-class project. Today in class we began chapter 6.  Groups were assigned 1 of the 4 empires we will learn about from ancient Mesopotamia (Akkadian, Babylonian, Assyrian, and Neo-Babylonian Empires).  They read the sections about their empire and completed the notes for those sections.  On Monday they will create a poster displaying information about their empire.
