Today we finished up reading chapter 24 and completed section 5 of the notes. Yesterday we read and completed notes for section 4. Any absent students need to have these completed.
Yesterday and today we also watched some videos on the silk road. The first one is from CNN and a reporter takes the journey of the silk road in today’s world. This episode is the first one and in China, showing the silk market and production of silk.
This video is a quick, good summary of the history, creation, and fall of the Silk Road. Many things we discussed were in this video:
