Today we finished up section 6 and completed the reading notes for chapter 2.
Monday I will check the reading notes. Anything they missed they are responsible for completing the notes on their own.
I have also handed out their summative assignment for this chapter. They will create a Hominid Comic Book cover page. They will choose their favorite hominid group and create a comic book looking cover page (like Superman, Batman, Flash, etc…) including all of their capabilities of that hominid. We will work on this in class on Monday, and it will be due on Tuesday. Here is the rubric for the assignment

This needs to be done on a loose leaf sheet of paper or computer paper. NOT A POSTER!! If it’s on a poster then they lose points. Also if they don’t have the rubric they lose points.
HOMEWORK
Get started on the comic book cover. Don’t need to finish it (Monday we will work on it in class)
