Good morning, families of room 101!

I hope you all had a good long weekend and if you celebrated Eid that you had a good holiday.
We have some exciting events happening over the next 7 days of school.  Today June 6th at 1:35 p.m. we are having our Speech/Social Work end of the year celebration
Tomorrow, June 7th  is the Summer Fair from 8:45-10:00 — it will be a great opportunity to get some fun things to do this summer. This is an event for parents to attend!

Tuesday, June 11th  is the Kindergarten Fun Day & 1st Grade Picnic which our classroom has been invited to join.  Please sign up to donate items or you time.  It does not matter what group you sign up with — we will know who   https://www.signupgenius.com/go/10c0b4ea5ad2aa1f94-kindergarten — If you have already please do not sign up for more, we appreciate your help.
Book fair!  Our last Book Fair of the year starts tomorrow!  It will run 6/7 – 6/11.  The last day for students to purchase books will be 6/11 @ 9:00 – 9:30.   Mrs. Nasser and I will send home any favorite books your child sees.  We are looking for volunteers to help with that too!  If you can please volunteer your time for that please sign up here: https://www.signupgenius.com/go/60b0f44aaae28abf58-book1
Box Tops! Last call for Box Tops, tomorrow will be the last day we can turn them in.  If you have any, please send them in.

All For Books

We are raising money for classroom libraries and our school shared library.

Return you loose coins (no bills!) during the week of May 28th – 31st.  The house who raises the most money wins the House Cup!! All money will go towards the purchasing books for classrooms from the Book Fair!
